I see a 405 Error when I try to use CloudApp

Once installed to your desktop, CloudApp should run smoothly and without issues while you take screenshots, annotations, and create recordings.

If you receive a 405 error that looks like this:

Please upgrade to the latest version of CloudApp here. The most current version of CloudApp is 4.2.0. To find out which version of the app, you are currently running, please click on the gear settings, then "About CloudApp."

You will then see a popup that looks like this:
