How to solve issues with the new CloudApp Update

If you're having issues with the latest version of CloudApp (4.2.3), we have a solution! 

The new and improved version can be downloaded here: and will solve the issues some people are experiencing with GIF/HD videos and app update installs.

To get started, first please uninstall the version of CloudApp you are running, next simply download the new version, unzip the file, and move the app into your applications folder.

    I am having issues with the Windows desktop app not launching. Is there a download for the 4.2.4 version of the Windows 10 app? The downloads page gives me 4.2.3 which is not working for me.
