What should I do if I paid for a Pro subscription but didn’t receive the updated features to my account?

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a little while for payments to process. However, if you do not have access to Pro features an hour after subscribing, please sign out of the desktop/web apps, and sign back in.

If that doesn't work, please submit a ticket here.

If you have bought your subscription via App Store, then try to restore the purchase in Mac app (go to Preferences > Upgrade).
