- If you purchased a subscription for CloudApp through the iTunes App Store, you'll have to go here to cancel it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
- If you are an individual paying subscriber or a team/business account and you purchased with a credit card, PayPal, or invoice and you are looking to cancel your account
- Please login to your account on the web, select “Plan” then click “Cancel my subscription.”

- If you are currently on a trial for our Pro or Business offerings, and you haven't added a credit card, we cannot charge you. At the end of a trial, you will simply be downgraded to our free plan.
