How do I cancel my subscription of CloudApp?

If you are an individual subscriber and you are looking to cancel or get a refund, please login to your account on the web, select “Account details” then click “Cancel subscription.”

If you are on a business or team account, please contact your Customer Success Manager who can assist you in deactivating your account.

You can also get in touch with our support team by submitting a ticket here.

If you purchase a subscription for CloudApp through the iTunes App Store, you'll have to go here to cancel it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

    I cancelled my account using this method, but 2 days later I received at mail about a failed payment.

    Seems the cancellation request is ignored.

    If I do not renew or choose to downgrade, what happens to files that are over the max filesize limit?

    I never signed up for the trial and would like it to be cancelled.
