- If you are an individual paying subscriber and you purchased with a credit card or PayPal, and you are looking to cancel your account
- Please login to your account on the web, select “Plan” then click “Cancel my subscription.” Can't find that button? Contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy help!
- If you are on a business or team account, please contact your Customer Success Manager who can assist you in deactivating your account.
- If you are currently on a trial for our Pro or Business offerings, and you haven't added a credit card, we cannot charge you. At the end of a trial, you will simply be downgraded to our free plan.
