From the CloudApp desktop menu bar app, go to the gear icon > Get Support and a pre-populated email will be drafted and ready to send. This message includes a log file which help our engineering team to review and solve the problem. It will be helpful the CloudApp support team if you can detail the problem you’re having in addition to the log.
We’ll be able to help you out a lot faster if you can provide us with a few details, such as:
- System version
- CloudApp version number and if it's App Store or Direct (from webpage)
- All information/steps which can help us reproduce your problem
- How you upload file: screenshot, screencast (HD or GIF), drag and drop or other.
