From the CloudApp menu bar app, go to the gear icon > Send Logs > choose if you'd like to send it to us at CloudApp or Show in Finder.
If you choose Send to CloudApp, a zip file will be created that our team can use to review and fix the bug, and an email opens to send to support@getcloudapp.com. Please describe your issue in the body of the email.
If you'd like to view the files on your computer and attach them via email yourself, you can choose the option "Show in Finder":
