    Josh, we don't have an account for you & I notice your email domain is @icloud.com--is it possible you're looking for Apple's iCloud instead of our product, CloudApp?

    I am Josh as well as jdhall. I tried to sign up with either email with no change to the apps denial of my subscription.
    I think I got charged twice. But I'd isn't much money.

    Can you please email support@getcloudapp.com for further help? I don't want to ask you further questions about your account on a public forum since you may not want to share other email addresses.
